Shipping Policy

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States only. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Some remote or extended areas are not covered; if checkout does not offer shipping to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days before shipment. Standard delivery is estimated at 8–15 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will email tracking information when your order ships.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping rates

U.S. orders of $39.90 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Standard shipping is $6 USD for orders below $39.90 USD. The rate shown at checkout is the final shipping charge.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows a delivery problem, your package is lost, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@lightsaltliving.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
