📍 Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at lotuskee0929@gmail.com with the subject line: "CHANGE OF ADDRESS + [Your Order Number]". We’ll do our best to help, but many orders ship the same day—please contact us as soon as possible.

🚚 Where is my tracking information?
Tracking is automated through our warehouse system. Updates appear after the carrier picks up your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to activate. You’ll receive an email once your order is on the way.

❌ How do I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be edited or canceled once submitted

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, wait 24 hours before contacting us—packages may be scanned early or delivered to a neighbor by mistake

If your order has already shipped, we’ll provide return/refund or exchange instructions once it’s delivered.
